Brevleads is a product owned and operated by Charles Green, LLC.By accessing or using Brevleads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.1. Brevleads provides a Chrome extension and platform that allows users to capture LinkedIn contact data and sync it with Brevo.com, a third-party CRM/email tool. The Service is intended to help professionals streamline their outreach workflows.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are using the Service for lawful purposes.3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register and provide basic contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so. However, Brevleads is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Brevo (brevo.com) or LinkedIn Corporation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or otherwise create risk for Charles Green, LLC or its users.9. Disclaimer of Warranties
